The focus is not just closing loans. It is building systems that elevate the client experience and help other mortgage professionals grow. That is why I built HELM. It is an AI CRM made for mortgage shops, not generic sales software. Loan officers and processors talk to it, and it actually does the desk work: pipeline, live phone, notes, follow-ups, and processing clocks. Sunview Lending runs on it every day. I built it because I’ve sat every chair in this business and I was tired of tools that weren’t made for how a real shop works.

I’m also a licensed real estate agent and an active investor. I bring a strategic mindset to every deal — negotiating for a client, structuring an acquisition, or maximizing value in a residential transaction.

Community leadership is not a sidebar. I serve as President of the Sherman Oaks Villas Homeowners Association, protecting property values and advocating for residents. I volunteer as an assistant coach for Sherman Oaks Little League, mentoring my son Koji and his teammates. For more than a decade I have supported Helping Hands Giving Hope, serving people facing homelessness, hunger, and hardship across Los Angeles.

Outside of work I golf, I get to the beach, and I stay loyal to both Los Angeles and Cleveland. Most importantly, I am a dedicated husband and proud father of three boys. Family is everything. It fuels the way I lead, build, and serve — in business and in life.
